  DBS adds 1% fees on wallet loads, transit/toll and railway spends

  DBS charges 1% on wallet loads of ₹5,000 or more, on select travel spends (local transport, bus, tolls) above ₹10,000 in a cycle, and on railway spends above ₹20,000 in a cycle.
